Ramona Weber studied social anthropology, psychology, and culture, communication, and management at Westfälische Wilhelms University (WWU) in Münster. She has been the fellowship coordinator at the Käte Hamburger Centre for Cultural Practices of Reparation (CURE) since April 2024. She brings extensive experience in research management from various fields, specializing in the development and execution of externally funded research and education projects and in fostering early career scholars and researchers. After working at the University Hospital Münster, WWU Münster, and Justus Liebig University (JLU) in Gießen, she coordinated the German Research Foundation research training group “European Dream Cultures” at Saarland University from May 2015 to October 2019. From November 2019 to March 2024, she worked at the CISPA – Helmholtz Center for Information Security, where she was responsible for establishing a support centre for PhD students. She also assisted and advised scholars and researchers with third-party project applications and management.
