Glossary of Cultural Practices of Reparation

The Glossary of Cultural Practices of Reparation is now available online in the media library on the CURE website: in the first three entries, CURE director Christiane Solte-Gresser and the research programme directors Laurens Schlicht and Hannah Steurer explore dreams as a reparative practice, Theodor Adorno’s approach to coming to terms with the past, and the notion of new beginnings. Each entry introduces a concept in concise form, shaped by the research perspective of the author. The glossary also aims to reflect the dynamic intellectual exchange within the centre. As a multilingual project, it will feature contributions in German, French, and English, while also drawing attention to the untranslatability of certain concepts.
