he Glossary of Cultural Practices of Reparation is now available online in the media library on the CURE website: in the first three entries, CURE director Christiane Solte-Gresser and the research programme directors Laurens Schlicht and Hannah Steurer explore dreams as a reparative practice, Theodor Adorno’s approach to coming to terms with the past, and the notion of new beginnings.

The catalogue for the exhibition THE TRUE SIZE OF AFRICA has been published
The catalogue for The True Size of Africa, the exhibition running until 17 August 2025 at the UNESCO World Heritage Site Völklinger Hütte, is now available. Edited by Christiane Solte-Gresser and Markus Messling, directors of the Käte Hamburger Centre for Cultural Practices of Reparation (CURE), together with Ralf Beil, general director of the Völklinger Hütte, it is published by Hirmer Verlag (Munich).
